 The latest condenser 2 horizontal condensers. Each size Ф960mm*L4000mm Boday thickness: 5mm. Flange: International standard flange, thickness 18mm. This is unique in our factory. |

 Old pyrolysis plant flange The old one is thin and made manually. It is no smooth on the connection. So after some time working, some leakage may happen from here. All other factories are still using this one. |
 The latest pyrolysis plant flange The new one one is using standard flange, we purchased in the market. It is 20mm thickness and the connection is very smooth So it is very easy to seal. No leakage at all. |

 Old dedusting system The normal one is only a dedusting device connected with chimney. It can remove some solid smoke, but can not remove the bad smell from burning of waste gas. |
 Latest pyrolysis plant dedusting system The new one is connecting with an odor removal system. Some chemical will be inside, so it can remove not only the solid smoke, but also the bad smell from burning of the waste gas. |

 5G oil pipe The normal one is only a pipe connected with oil tank. But maybe the foundation will be moved after long time working. So even if the pipe is broken, you have to stop the machine. This waste much time and energy. |
 The latest pyrolysis plant oil pipe Now the new one has 2 oil lines as in the photo. And the glass pipe is connected with a wave pipe. So even after many years your foundation has moved, it will no affect to this glass tube. And at both side of the glass tube has 2 butterfly valves. In case anything wrong with the oil pipe, you can shut the valves and start the other oil pipe line. So no need to stop machine any more. |
