The function of the final products from pyrolysis plant are: fuel oil, carbon black and steel wire( tyre material ), combustible gas.Fuel oil: Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron and Boiler factories, ceramics, power or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc. or used for generators to get electricity.
Refined to diesel: then could be used in the low speed engine, such as digging machine, road roller, loading machine etc.
Carbon black: used for construction bricks with clay; attach heavy metal, improve the quality of soil; also can be made carbon black bars by using the the carbob black pellet machine as fuel; or grinding to increase the mesh of carbon black to make new tire, paintinf, etc.
Steel wire: resale it to steel facotry.
Combustible gas: Can be recycled to heat the reactor as fuel, which will save energy for the whole working process.
