Pyrolysis plant is the latest and newest solution for municipal solid wastes especially for used worn tyres and palstics. Nowadays, many countries imported pyrolysis oil machine to dispose tyre wastes, in the past months in 2014, we have just finished the pyrolysis machine installtion work in Mexico, Jamaica, etc. But there are still many people don't know pyrolysis technology and this green recycling method. What is pyrolysis? Generally speaking, pyrolysis is a thermochemical decomposition of organic material at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen (or any halogen). The word is coined from the Greek-derived elements pyro "fire" and lysis "separating".
 
Pyrolysis used worn tyre and plastic to oil plant is a new waste recycling way compared to the traditional landfilling. Pyrolysis of scrap tyres can separate solids in the tyre, such as steel and carbon black, from volatile liquid and gaseous compounds that can be used as fuel. Pyrolysis can also be used to produce liquid fuel similar to diesel from plastic waste, the diesel generates from plastic waste contains higher cetane value and lower sulphur compare to traditional diesel. Using pyrolysis to extract fuel from end-of-life plastic is environmentally preferable to landfill, and can help reduce dependency on foreign fossil fuels and geo-extraction.
